Primal Academy

Clinical Education

Primal Academy is the clinical education arm of Primal Medivice, built to raise the standard of infection prevention knowledge and healthcare practice across Cameroon and Central Africa. We exist because product quality alone does not protect patients. The right knowledge at the right moment does. Primal Academy bridges that gap, delivering structured, evidence-based education to everyone in the healthcare community, from ward nurses and CSSD supervisors to medical directors, procurement officers, health students, and engaged health enthusiasts.

Offerings

• Live Educational Sessions: monthly webinars and virtual seminars covering surgical sutures, infection prevention science, disinfection protocols, HAI reduction strategies, and product application best practices.
• In-Person Product Training: on-site demonstrations and hands-on training conducted at healthcare facilities across Cameroon, delivered in French and English.
• Product Demonstrations: structured, clinically grounded demonstrations of surgical sutures and infection control products, designed to build staff confidence and protocol compliance.
• Educational Seminars: topic-focused sessions on healthcare-associated infections, surface and instrument disinfection standards, wound antiseptics, and hand hygiene science.
• Consulting Sessions: targeted advisory engagements for facilities seeking guidance on infection control protocol design, product selection, and staff training program development.

Audience

Primal Academy is open to the entire healthcare community, clinical staff, facility managers, procurement professionals, medical and nursing students, and anyone committed to safer healthcare in Central Africa. Programs are currently offered free of charge, in both French and English.
